Moshe Schnapp, who has held several executive positions at American Realty Group, possesses an extensive background in real estate development. In his more than 15 years in the industry, he has handled statistical research and analysis, cost accounting, marketing supervision, project management, and other aspects of financial planning and project development. During his 12 years at American Realty Group in particular, Moshe Schnapp has acted as CEO, CFO, Secretary, Treasurer, President, and Sole Director.

Schnapp has contributed to a substantial list of developments in his career. He has been particularly active in Israel, where he oversaw residential projects in Kfar Yona, Tivon, Carmiel, Yokneam, Modiin, Rehovot, and several other communities. He was also responsible for the building of three schools, five gymnasiums, a senior citizen center, arts centers for the Lottery of Israel, and several commercial buildings. Outside of the country, Moshe Schnapp contributed to projects in Long Island, New York; Sassnitz, Germany; and Moscow, Russia.

Prior to joining American Realty Group, Moshe Schnapp worked as CEO, Director, and part owner of Genesis Development & Construction, which was listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbol GDCUF. He also served as CEO of Engel General Developers, and early in his career, he managed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm Stern Aberdam & Wisekopf for seven years. Schnapp received a BA in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University, and he earned his CPA certification from the same school in 1988. He also holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a PhD from Pacific Western University in Commercial and Industrial Economics.
